Key Responsibilities
You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive their freight safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial Class A vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring cargo security and preventing damage.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet strict schedule commitments and deadlines.
- Complete and maintain accurate daily logs, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup interactions.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) available for inspection.
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no preventable accidents or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
