Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery timelines
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance
- Manage freight documentation and bill of lading processing
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and logbook compliance
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Texas transportation regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging
