Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Miami-Dade County
- Safely transport freight while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Document all delivery transactions and maintain shipment documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Miami metro area and Florida highway systems
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
