Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and vehicle inspection reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Manage route optimization and timely deliveries within specified timeframes
- Perform preventative vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification current and in good standing
