Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Adhere strictly to federal/state regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper securing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and resolve route challenges proactively
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro area and mountain corridor routes
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and transportation software
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overnight trips
