Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) on multi-state routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules with minimal downtime
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and proactive issue resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
