Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional route delivery in the El Paso area
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route planning
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle servicing
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Knowledge of El Paso metropolitan area and regional highways
