Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers over various road conditions and distances.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Deliver freight on time and in perfect condition, maintaining a professional image.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding cargo status and route changes.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical on file.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- At least 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
