Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all FMCSA and company safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
Qualifications
- CDL Required: Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable truck driving experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a DOT physical exam, and have good vision.
- Documentation: Valid DOT medical card and DOT drug screen on file.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
