Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over various routes in a professional manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and all necessary paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery details.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (Class A preferred).
- 21 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and criminal background check.
