As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the United States while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van, reefer, or tanker) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and secure cargo to ensure safe transport, adhering to weight and balance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and driver logs.
- Deliver products to customer locations on time and in full, ensuring professional unloading procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the State of Texas.
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
