Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to operate commercial vehicles and ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the Pacific Northwest region.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods.
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders during deliveries.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina for loading/unloading and extended periods of sitting.
- Basic knowledge of map reading and GPS navigation systems.
