Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Complete accurate logs (ELD) and maintain detailed delivery records.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring product integrity and safety.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and routes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Satisfactory background check and drug screen (MVR compliant).
- Ability to lift and handle cargo up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
