Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers and team members at all times.
- Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (or ability to obtain one through our training program).
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with no experience who are willing to train.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
- US work authorization (No sponsorship available).
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
