Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Must have a clean driving record and no DUIs in the last 5 years.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
