Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety protocols and equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must be DOT Med Card certified.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (10pm - 7am or similar).
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
