Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and electronic records in strict compliance with DOT regulations.
- Navigate delivery routes and schedules with precision and punctuality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and timely service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally during loading/unloading.
- Valid DOT medical card.
