Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner at all times.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and secure freight accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logbooks.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT medical card and Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable professional driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overnight travel.
