Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (tractor-trailers) in a safe and legally compliant manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to FMCSA standards.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using loading docks.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) within the last 12 months.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
