Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT standards.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer service protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding status updates.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (preferred but entry-level considered).
- 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
