Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers to deliver freight on time and in perfect condition.
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and mileage logs.
- Forklift operation and dock duties as required for efficient loading/unloading.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- DOT Medical Card certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
