As a Route Driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods across the region.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a zero-accident record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (commercial preferred).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine vehicle checks.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
