Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Deliver freight to designated locations in El Paso and surrounding areas in a timely manner.
- Inspect the vehicle prior to and after each shift to ensure it is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours (ELD) and delivery records.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing and handling.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any service issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
