Job Overview:
As a CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently to various destinations. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their driving record and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo safely using proper equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (ELD, DVIR, Bill of Lading).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned commercial vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience (Class A).
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
