Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles over assigned routes in Memphis and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery receipts, and daily mileage reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
