Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) on various routes throughout the Boston area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, following all weight and balance regulations.
- Verify delivery documents and maintain accurate logbooks (ELD/HOS compliant).
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites, including proper signatures and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab, adhering to company appearance standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Card (DOT compliant) must be presented at hiring.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major moving violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management skills.
