Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload freight accurately and securely using proper equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo to designated locations while adhering to schedules.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (EOBR) and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (We offer training for Class B if applicable).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Prior to employment, you must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and handle cargo manually.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward clients and dispatch.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional weekends.
