Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMV) in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Securely load and unload freight, ensuring cargo integrity and safety during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the truck cab and trailer clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience (Class A preferred).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing duties in varying weather conditions.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
