Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to FMCSA regulations.
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver cargo to designated locations on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Secure cargo properly to ensure safety during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding status and delays.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
