Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans in a safe, efficient, and legal manner at all times.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and safety on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the last 5 years.
- Strong ability to read maps and navigate complex delivery routes.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
