Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on highways and local roads.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring freight integrity from origin to destination.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance records accurately.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, DOT standards, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL) required.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
