Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (tractor-trailers) safely and efficiently to deliver freight across the United States.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate digital logs (EOBR) and all required documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to cross state lines and adhere to a structured schedule.
