Job Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently on regional and OTR routes.
- Load and unload freight ensuring cargo security and safety.
- Complete and maintain accurate Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep the truck clean and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (OTR or Local).
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
