Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately complete daily logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) entries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving abstract.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial truck.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and cargo handling procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Social Security Number.
