Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely on regional routes covering Oregon and Washington
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper securement techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle appearance
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no DUIs in past 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with hazmat placards (Hazmat certification preferred)
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest terrain and weather conditions
