Your Role
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the United States. We value safety above all else and offer the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks and trailers in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs (Electronic Logging Device) and all required documentation.
- Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of yourself, your cargo, and the public.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) required (Training provided for qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on the road.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
