Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner over established routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety and security.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Interact professionally with customers and dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
