Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks to deliver freight across the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and secure cargo accurately, adhering to weight distribution and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate driver logs (ELD) and all required shipping documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Uphold a professional image and represent our brand with excellence.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT drug screen clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
