Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently in adherence to FMCSA regulations.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.</li><li>Load and unload cargo securely using appropriate equipment (forklift, straps, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documents.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding schedules and cargo status.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required (Hazmat or Tanker endorsements a plus).</li><li>Clean driving record with no more than one minor moving violation in the last 3 years.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.</li><li>Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.</li><li>Strong understanding of cargo securement and safety protocols.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul>
