Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods on time
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Collaborate with dispatch for optimal route planning and delivery coordination
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Represent Midwest Logistics with professionalism in client interactions
- Utilize telematics systems for efficient fleet operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Missouri highway systems and delivery protocols
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for regional overnight trips (2-3 nights/week)
