Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently to deliver freight to San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs (DOT compliant) and manage delivery documentation.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (willing to train for qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and electronic logging devices (ELD).
