Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently over assigned routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Secure cargo properly and document all load details accurately.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and co-drivers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Unload cargo at destination points as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
