Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over various road conditions and terrains.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely, ensuring proper handling.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic documentation (ELD).
- Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations and policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status and issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR check) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
