Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes within Washington
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Represent Pacific Northwest Transport with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Washington State traffic laws
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning start times and weekend shifts
