Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of over-the-road experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for irregular schedules and overnight stays
