What You'll Do
As a vital part of our logistics network, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the region.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Secure cargo using straps, chains, and other tie-down equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for loading and securing freight.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
