Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in local and regional routes within the Dallas area.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience (Preferred).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
