Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and delivered without damage, maintaining a 100% on-time delivery record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups and drop-offs.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state of Arizona.
- Current and valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial truck driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
