Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver freight to customers in Baltimore, MD and Virginia.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures as required.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and businesses.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (depending on role).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
