Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on designated regional routes.
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and DVIR forms.
- Adhere strictly to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) on file.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
